They are good and have a nice variety of products for dog and cats. But on the groom and supplement side, they are a bit limited for such a big store.

Totally loved this place. Nice prices, good, clean store and not too busy. Could take my time without bumping into someone. Cashier was very friendly. Even the security guard at the door wished me a blessed day. Makes me feel welcome

Loved the place, has just about everything that you can think off for pets. Not once have I gone there and been disappointed. Friendly and attentive staff. Very organised and clean shop. Got a really nice cage for my guinea-pig and dome sand bath for my chinchillas.

One of the best pet supply shops I've ever been too. The staff are friendly and well versed with the stock, the shelves are fully stocked as well. Had to return a cat harness that didn't fit had no problems, even got more options of what could work better. Absolutely outstanding service!

Good store. But definitely very disappointed in the limited variety in rogz dog gear. ☹️It is my favourite brand.
