Wonderful old school vet. Cares deeply about animals. Privilege to have met him
The gent that picked up the phone today, should not be in this industry. If you having a bad day, dont take it out on the clients, at least answer the phone in a friendly proper manner. Can hear in your voice it seems you not in the mood to help clients, and that made me feel to never bring my animals to this vet. Friendliness goes a long way.
We have been taking our pets to this practice for well over 20 years and there hasn't been a time where we have been disappointed. Dr Hanno Sierts is very professional, passionate and very competent and goes the extra mile to assist you and your pet. Receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. Best Vet in town👍🏻
An awful experience. The Vet is unprofessional and VERY UNFRIENDLY. Did not even give instructions on how to administer the medication. I asked him if my dog is blind. According to him no. I took my best friend to another Veterinary clinic for a 2nd opinion. Immediately referred to Eye specialist in Fourways. As he IS blind. For me it was a case of my money is good enough but the wellbeing of my best friend not. I shall definitely not recommend this veterinary clinic. If I could I would rate a minus

I phoned this practice concerning an emergency, the man I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful, he seemed to not care or not want to help in anyway.
