USELESS STAFF !!!! Walked into the shop , they don’t even acknowledge that you are there. Too busy chatting. Spent about a half an hour looking at harnesses, when I got to the till the one employee tells me the system is offline. Will never ever support this store again ! They need to close. Don’t know what they get paid for.

Google says store is open from 8 on a Sunday,third time now, not open at 8:21 yet????? Their contact number doesn't work,ever,not for centurion or the Highveld store

The cat treats, next to the counter is rubbish @R99,00. Both my cats, different breeds, doesn't want to eat it. I mixed it with their food, not to waste it, and then they didn't want to eat the food. I don't know what this rubbery stuff is, but definately not a treat, and a waste of money.

Thank you so much guys for helping us on a Sunday afternoon after you guys closed to open up for us to get a cage for my bearded dragon, you saved our life ❤️😊

(edit 17/10/22) New review I have changed my rating to a 5 star with regards to getting my issue sorted out. I would just like to give huge thanks to Marinda (and her team) at WestPack (the neighbouring store). You went above and beyond to organise a replacement for me, which is just so surreal, as I'm so used to poor service in general. Not only did you organise a fantastic replacement; but I was able to pick it up a few days later. Thank you so much again for being an absolute star. Great service like this and care for the customers complaints will definitely make me come back in the future. 🙂 (old review) Went to buy an expensive cat scratching post. One of the pieces was stripped and could not attach to the post. Therefore i went back to replace the one piece. Whereas i was told they dont have any spares to replace the defective piece. The (unfriendly) manager then went on to insinuate that I must’ve broken the piece as it was perfectly fine when it left the store. No refund and only store credit was offered for a specific special that is not on anymore. Very disappointing as they honestly didnt give a dam about my issue (even though i bought it less than a week ago) Rather go to a smaller store where they see you as a customer and not just a number.

Horrible service by a very unfriendly manager, who obviously does not care for customers at all. (iv witnessed twice now how rude she is) Refused to help us with an item we bought less than a week ago that is defective. Very helpful super nice staff! Feel absolutely TERRIBLE for whoever has to work under the manager. Goodluck dealing with her

To Management of Petzone: The staff working there (under really dismal conditions), get 5 Stars. Thank you for your friendly and helpful Service. The Management/Employer, however, deserve NO stars (therefore the 2 stars) due to the fact that there is NO aircon working. I think it's UNACCEPTABLE that your employees have to work under these conditions - with masks on the ENTIRE day and NO aircon working to circulate air inside the shop. I've been in the shop for a few minutes, and had to step out to get some air/cool off, because the heat inside just got unbearable. How do you think your employees must feel working inside the shop the entire day without any working airconditioners? Really!!?? In this day and age with Covid, it's an absolute atrocity to expect your employees to work under these conditions. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!
