Petshop Science Eden Meander

This store is absolutely fantastic, filled with super friendly and helpful staff! They helped me with an exchange and I have to say, the manager and her staff members really made me feel safe and secure! My hats off to these amazing people! Keep up the great work, you guys are awesome and rolemodels to the service industry! Yours in good faith Steven!

I went to pet shop science paddagat and were looking for a specific dog food as advertised on there website. The lady there told me that they don’t keep it, but their eden meander branch does. She phoned them and confirmed stock. There were only 1 bag left. I drove all the way there just to find out that the last bag is expired. The guy there then told me that I could also get it from another shop at the mall and he looked on the computer to confirm that they also stock it as well as stock availability. I then drove from there to that shop just to find out they don’t even sell that dog food at all. Very disappointed in the service I received as well as the unnecessary fuel I had to use to drive around for nothing

Initially friendly staff. But i wanted the dog tag that is Lazer engraved. I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted on it, both sides, details, font, numbers etc. The staff were clearly not interested in helping, they seemed irritated or distracted. I had to ask them where the machine was, how to add a line of text. I'm sure they have done it 1000 times but this was my first time. For a permanent solution on one dog tag. And then the guy helping just pressed "go" button when I was still thinking about it.. the staff need to relax, explain, and be patient. The end result was great by the way. But the staff interaction was not.

Excellent, friendly and efficient staff. Will definately call again.

I have a five month old puppy. The lteam in this shop have been helpful as I knew nothing about dogs I only have love for them.🐶🐶 My dog"s vet even recommended this team to me, I am the happiest as they always have answers for me. Well done Nathan , Taghamieda and your.team. You're the best!!!
