Great place to get feeder insects and everything else you would need for your reptiles. Larger bug amount options
Disappointing experience! The service by the fish tanks was slow and inattentive, requiring me to actively seek out staff for assistance. To make matters worse, many of the tanks contained dead fish, which was unsettling. Additionally, I found the prices to be overly steep. Overall, not a great value for the money.

One of the few pet shops that actually sells the animals, I was disappointed by the service though, my friend and I were standing around trying to get staff’s attention (there were three in the room) and they looked us in the eye and ignore us and walk past. PS there are little kittens here around 5-7 weeks old so if someone is looking to adopt please help get these babies a home, my heart broke for them because they seemed sad and scared and I cant take anymore cats in at the moment.

Shop here every month and always greeted with a smile and helpfulness. (New employees or familiar faces). The staff always assist with any questions or queries with nothing but patience and understanding. Great place for animal care!
