Exotic Aquarium & Pets - Stoneridge

A large pet store with friendly staff that are very knowledgeable on the pets they sell. They have a variety of pets such as fish, birds, hamsters. They have a wide range of fish at reasonable prices. Pets look well looked after.

the only reason this store gets 4 stars is because Grant was such a delight in helping me select fish and answering my questions. The staff that are at the front desk show little interest in the animals, get defensive when you bring up problems with animals you've bought from them, and lastly, the lady who sat by the tills counting money and checking slips is downright rude - the way she rolls her eyes and speaks about Grant after giving him instructions, going on about how 'some people can't think when the powers gone off' - this happened a week ago. She's downright disrespectful and rude - and I won't be supporting this store because of her. It's so important who you hire to be at the front of your store. Grumpy disinterested people kill businesses.

Good prices on some supplements but their marine section has no livestock and the liverock anemone tank is riddled with aiptasia

Helpful. I was looking for specific tank life and they phoned to say they had new stock. Much appreciated.

In this day and age, ignorance is no excuse. All the parrots are fed sunflower seeds- it doesn't take long to find our why that's a bad option for them. If you're going to sell parrots, at least feed them properly and educate future owners how to provide proper nutrition

At first, I was not sure what to expect from this place, but after a while, shopping there became a routine for me. The place has an easy wheelchair friendly parking lot, and the entrance is easily accessible with a wheelchair as well. Exotic Aquarium & Pets has the friendliest of staff working there that even the staff that cleans the tanks and floors are knowledgeable of the products sold there. I would not take my word for it because other people might experience things differently. All I can say is that this place is more than awesome, and there aren't enough star ratings.
