We have been part of the Absolute Pets family from the beginning and have always had good service. However when I was looking for the Hills Hairball and Perfect Coat 7kg bags the stores I called had none in stock. Patrick from the Christian Village Hillcrest store also had none in stock but immediately offered to order the 2 bags I wanted. I was very impressed with his service and willing to go the extra mile. I'm one very happy customer!
You are going to have to go a far way to get the great, personal and professional service as we receive every time visiting the shop. Got awesome customer service from Candice. She knows her products well and give very specific information as per your pet's needs. We will definately be back there to spoil our furries with their wide range of food, toys and treats.
