Very sadly we had to put our dog down. The people involved were very kind, supportive and understanding. They supported and were considerate with us through the process. They have a kind and approachable manner. It was appreciated during a difficult time.

We have only had the best Service from Dr Brad! He is caring and really goes out of his way.. not only for our Chase, but for our family. Thank you for everything!

Dear Dr Brad, Tyler and team, I know I only bought Beano in yesterday for his surgery, but I can't express into words how impressed I am with your care of not only Beano, but also me. Beano is a typical young Boxer boy and unfortunately rough and tumbling in our garden led to a fracture of his back leg. We tried the conservative approach, but as the bone was slipping, we were advised that surgery was his best option. I was referred to Dr Brad by Estee at Chase Valley vet, and I can't thank her enough for that. Dr Brad called me the day I was referred and explained everything in detail and answered all my many questions. I then took Beano in yesterday and Dr Brad again explained the surgery and complications we might encounter. Beano had his surgery yesterday and Dr Brad called me to let me know how the op went and said he would call me again this morning. Tyler, in the meantime updated me with how Beano was and sent me pictures and videos. It is hard as a dog mom to explain, but this boy is my baby. He holds such a special place in my heart and I was a wreck yesterday worrying about him and not being able to take away the pain. I think your team understands how special animals are to their owners and I can't thank you enough for the care you are showing Beano and also allaying my fears and keeping me updated with how Beano is doing. My husband and I received great service today from Veterinary House Hospital. We took our little pup in as she had swallowed a battery. The staff were all so friendly and caring. They helped us quickly and made us feel that our pup was in good hands. Thank you!
