SPCA - Carletonville & District

The guys and girls who dedicate theor lives to the welfare of animals at the Carletonville SPCA are really the most amazing people. We cannot thank them enough for being so kind.

I absolutely appreciate the assistance that I got from them when I lost my puppy Willow, they ensured her safety and basic needs at no cost and even gave her a blanket to keep warm at night. The lady at the desk was an absolute darling. I strive to give a donation of at least R100 every now again for the non profit work that they do. They need the help as much as I need the help of an organisation to keep my canine safe and out of danger. Thank you SPCA Carletonville

Amazing!!!! Friendly,efficient. Cages are clean,neat,nice,warm and cosy sleep areas for your pets. Staff handle your pets with great care and love. Did u know they care for your pets while u are on holiday?!?!?!. Yes they do!!!! AND they really take care of them very well!!!!!

Not really sure what to do. Calling and asking for assistance isn't really working. The people next to us are mistreating there dogs. No food no proper shelter. Both of them had puppies recently. You can count the one dogs bones she is so thin. The other dogs tummy is so swollen she looks pregnant again. The SPCA came out once didn't even get out the bakkie to have a look. I left it for a while thinking things wil get better. But it's not. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Friendly lady at the front, i just thought if i pay for assistance in picking up an animal there would be a follow up. I hope the kittens evidently survived. If i could i would quit my 9 to 5 to help out myself.

So sad. I wish i could adopt all of them. For ones that did not know. Spca cannot look after all. 2 weeks then the animals need to be put down humainly. If you are in the market for a domestic animal. A pup or cat. Go there and adopt. Yes they are not pedigree but they all are so friendly. So glad to see a human. I petted each dog there and not one did not receive my petting with the utmost joy. Support our local SPCA.

Friendly service and a great variety of dewormer, tick & flea pills. They also accept donations of old clothes.
