My little Yorkie was bitten by a bigger dog on Saturday evening at 17h00 in Ermelo, I called both veterinarians and they answered their emergency contact numbers but advised they were unavailable and I should try another vet (why bother having an emergency line if you never plan on assisting in an emergency). I got hold of Dr Pieters on his emergency line and he was so helpful and patient; not only did he arrange to be available at 8am on Sunday morning to assist us but he also gave us great advise on how to assist my baby until we could get him to the vet. I could not be more grateful for his love and kindness towards my family. Thank you Dr Pieters.
