Piets crazy pets

Whiskey has been going to Crazy Pets for over a year. Every week for a pamper hour. Brushed , bathed , nails and haircuts. It has become a normal part of his life. Whiskey thinks he is going to visit his other family. Ouma N and Uncle Ruster take good care of him. To all the staff and the owners of Piets crazy pets, a Big Thank You. As an old petshop owner myself I think my rating is a good reflection of what a petshop must look like. My experience with Piets crazy pets is excellent, clean and the animals are well looked after. Welldone.

i took my dog ​​to be shaved at this place, then they shaved the skin on his neck and it bled. they didn't even inform me about the cutting place, I was very angry and disappointed about this happening to my dog. i wont recommend this dog parlour!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Animals are well cared for.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THIS STORE I was appalled by the owner's hostile and abrupt attitude. When I inquired about whether the store stocked Hills the owner dismissively said "You only pay for the name". What I found incredibly rude and unhelpful was that he didn’t recommend a brand that he stocked that would be similar or on par with Hills. We stood one foot in the door, while he remained behind the counter clearly unwilling to assist. I didn’t feel welcome at all! When we asked if there were any other stores or vets nearby he snarked ‘I have NO idea’. The customer service, his attitude, as well as the variety of dog food was abysmal. Would definitely not recommend!

Well stocked, and excellent service

This place is the most inhumane place i have ever seen. 20 Hamsters where in one 40cm by 40 cm cage, 15 rats where in the same cage and the birds where out of cages and placed in the same room as the gerbals(that had open glass cages). Not to mention the one horrible sight of a dead bird lieing in one of the cages with the other living birds. All the gerbals had lice on their ears and were injured. I was even more suprised to see a corn snake in the smallest cage ive ever seen. It was 3 cages stuck together with tape!!!! Please dont support them!!
