Professional, friendly, clean, and modern vet in Port Alfred. I was on holiday with my dogs and needed to come through for a quick check and I was happy with the friendly service and professionalism of the vet I saw as well. They have a good stock of food, leashes, collars, and toys too. There are some resident cats too which I suspect are the managers (lol)
Took my little pincher in this morning for swell8ng under her throat. Was told she would be put on a drip and we could fetch her this afternoon. When i fetcged her she was not well at all. The total opposite of what she was this morning. The female vet said her heavy fast breathing was becayse of high blood pressure .i took my dog home and she never stopped breathing fast and she sadly died at 19h30......This was my child .......I will not reccommend anyone to make use of tgese Vets...
We arrived with an emergency and they saw our dogs immediately, with aftercare a week later. Don't know what we would have done without them.
Such a great experience! Went in. Got seen straight away. Doggo taken great care of by gorgeous vet! HIGHLY recommend.
Walking through the doors of this practice brings you in contact with friendly and caring staff. From front desk to Vet to cage cleaners. All committed to assist in times of worry and sadness but also joy of newly acquired fur babies. They have been with us for so many operations from small to really specialised and from newborn kittens to putting our best friends to sleep after the best care and support to owner and pet. Crying with us...because they still feel and love deeply. This practice is part of our family.
I have a crazy thoroughbred Jack Russell who needed veterinary care due to seasonal itching. Now this crazed boy actually has a note on record describing him as terriorist, but despite his reputation, he was treated with the utmost care. Hats off to the marvelous folk at Kowie Veterinary Clinic.
