Went over and above their grooming responsibilities. Made my Ruhi's 1st time at a groomer pleasant. Didnt only keep Ruhi happy and comfortable but kept my nerves at ease as well with constant updates for our baby's first grooming experience. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Julie and Gavin run a marvelous business. They are so friendly and helpful and can tell they genuinely love and care about each fur baby that comes in. My doggies look amazing and they were totally at ease with everyone there. Thank you, Smudge and Teddy look and smell like brand new pups!

I have 3 dogs that go regularly to Groomingdales. They have always had wonderful and caring people grooming them. This is a dog parlour that is unbeatable in their care and expertise.

So disappointed. I was asked if I wanted a typical terrier cut which cuts the face and ears and I specifically asked that they leave her face as it was, well that fell on deaf ears, and I received a completely shorn dog, by way of apology I was told it would grow back, not good enough. not enough care taken, they need to make a note of what the owner wants,
