Horrible cuts for our Yorkies and they were extra nervous when we picked them up! They were shaved, with tails and faces cut WAY too short! We gave exact instructions, which didn’t happen. Not happy and will never take them there again.

Have been customers now for years. Our little Pekingese's are groom to perfection every time. When I raise a concern, they actually listen and treat the old ones with love and like fragile porcelain. Thank you to everyone at DogMatrix.

Well groomed. But I will never take my dog there again, ever since I got him he was very nervous, shaking. Then a day after I noticed he was laying down most of the time still shaking, took him to the vet then. His ears are bruised blue, his entire body aching. The vet couldn't believe that he came from a dog groomer. I would not trust them again.
