Duncan and his team are incredible. We had to make the devastating decision to let our 15 year old Daxie go and Duncan was gentle, compassionate and held the space for us, at the most painful time. He made time in his very busy schedule, rather than having one of his colleagues, who we had never met, put Sizzles down. Kathryn is phenomenal and responds immediately to messages. I can’t recommend Hillside more highly.

We unexpectedly had to put our young cat to sleep today. The whole team was incredibly kind and compassionate and everything was handled so gently. Dr Gray was very kind in how he did the actual sleep. I would highly recommend this practice.

My daughter is having her older big dog treated here. Immaculate premises with a very pretty and well tended garden. Great staff and a very kind and efficient vet who has done a wonderful job helping our dear old boy. Would definitely recommend.

I have been from 1 vet to another and no other vet has gone the extra mile to find out if my kitty cat might have something else wrong causing her problem and not just excepting the first thing that comes to mind..
