Amazing service. Assisted me with replumbing my pool and it looks great now.
I phoned them on Sunday but they did not answer the phone. After several attempts I decided to drive there as their Lynnwood branch had sold the part I reserved. When I arrived 5 minutes after calling there were 3 staff memmbers at the counter. Surely one of them could have answered the phone. I asked for the part I required and was told that they did not have stock. I asked for them to order the part and offered to pay in advance. This could not be done but they did give me a book to fill in my details so that they could contact me when they eventually received stock. Now I wait!? On Tuesday morning I received a call from the Pool Team regional manager. He is a super nice person and solved my problem immediately! Wow, thank you sir. For this over and above service you deserve 5 stars.
Installed a chlorinator for us over a year ago and kept promising they would give us a refund if it didn’t work, despite constant requests for help and a refund. Two guys from the team came out to our house TWICE to test the pool and found that the chlorinator clearly wasn’t working and they still won’t refund us for this faulty product. 0/10 do not recommend.
The The Pool Team's services are up to par! Let alone their product (Aqua) works like magic! My pool is sparkingly clean and spotless!
