Always have a great experience at Marine magic. Just upgraded to a bigger tank. Thanks to Rishaad and Sohail and team for all the help. Went out of their way to make sure I was sorted out. Will definitely recommend Marine magic to everyone. Nagamposh for the win 🏆
Awesome service! Helped me package shrimp for me to take all the way to Johannesburg. Shrimp are all healthy and thriving! Thank you guys 11/10!
I bought a complete fish tank set from them about a week back. They supplied me with the incorrect size filter/pump. The filter/pump was too small for the tank as a result one of my goldfish died within 4days, as someone new to this i had no idea.If only this guy had some knowledge about filters and tank size, I wouldn't have mind paying abit extra for a bigger filter/pump. I definitely won't be back there again.
Exceptional customer care and service. Very healthy fish AND plants. Lovely aquascaping choices and a wide variety of fish tanks. Excellent prices for fish and tanks. 🙏This shop needs to be visited by every fish keeper in Sa in my opinion. Thank you soo much Marine Magic. ♥️🔥
Great family business. Very helpful and accommodating. Especially if you are not from the immediate area. Well done you guys.....
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have most of everything instock and well priced
Contacted the shop a few times asking them when they getting stock for marine , they say next week, and then send a few messages over the next few weeks, they dont even bother to respond. Pathetic customer service. Needs a course in customer experience
