I was here the other day just buying dog food and it’s crazy how good service can really make you enjoy the simplest like buying 20kg of dog food. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who was serving us at the till because she was very helpful when I wasn’t sure about what dog food to buy, she ended up advising me and while I was paying we had some good small talk about my puppies that keep treating my socks like chew toys. Yeah good service and interactions like that really make a difference in terms of the experience you have at a store, just give all the woman there a raise once, because her name left me but she deserves a raise or something 😹.
