I bought fish from this amazing store. Johny, the young man who assisted me was the most professional person I have dealt with in a long time. He really takes pride in his aquariums, clean, no smells and no dead fish. The front of shop staff are super friendly. I will most definitely be going back for my aquarium supplies.
The place is extremely unprofessional when it comes to their animals. I bought a baby bird and the afternoon after I had bought her I had noticed that the poor bird was not acting normal like my other birds so I took her to the vet and it turned out that she was sick and they had fed her so terribly that she got food in her lungs and she had passed away two days later. I call the shop and told them and they did not care and when I told them that they please need to be more careful when feeding young birds the women on the phone told me that she doesn’t feed them and that she can’t tell them to change anything. They did not care that they made this little birds life so short when she had only seen 6 months of this world.
Please consider updating your working hours , I have been at the shop at 8 and it certainly opens way later than this
I had the best experience with Bheki. He is so knowledgeable about tropical fish. I wanted to buy a more expensive fish but instead of letting me waste my money. He told me that the fish I wanted would outgrow my tank. He then advised me on what would be best. So many pet stores will let you buy whatever knowing that it is not the right choice. Bheki is also very friendly. I am definitely going back.
Brand new one stop shop for all your pets' needs. Just what Kempton needed. Friendly staff, large variety and great prices. Definitely worth the trip.
As pet shops go, this one must rate as one of the best I've visited recently. Aquariums are clean, fish look healthy, shelves are full of goodies for all pets, not just fish.
Absolutely brilliant service and also staff giving advise on products etc. Shop nice and clean well done to the staff.
