Aquatic Plants SA - Aquarium / Terrarium / Carnivorous / pond plants

I had the most amazing service from Aquatic plants - communication on every step of the order and via Watsapp. I was a bit worried as the plants had a long travel from PTA to CT and they arrived in PERFECT condition. They were wrapped and kept moist - no damage, plants healthy, not dried out or anything - all of my worries out of the window! Will 150% buy again. Thanks you for the wonderful service!

What a great experience! Very friendly and easy to work with. Fast and efficient delivery! Ordered my plants on Sunday evening after pondering over it for the weekend, and it was delivered on Tuesday. Even included a little something extra which is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much! Would really recommend them. I attached pictures of some of my plants received in a terrarium.

Photos were taken on day of arrival and after potting. Overall I am very pleased with my order. The plants arrived as described, in as good a state I feel can be expected from couriering, and were well packed. Some rooted cuttings had few/no roots but most exceeded expectations, especially for the price. One tradescantia ended up being about 20 small semi-established cuttings rather than one established plant but that suits me fine. Communication with the seller was quick and very friendly, and I will buy from them in the future with happiness.

had a lovely experience with Aquatic Plants. It’s very convenient that they offer plant plugs (small pieces), as you usually only need one or two for terrariums. I was curious about how they would ship them, but the stems were wrapped in wet paper towel in plastic and the plants arrived healthy. Delivery was quick and communication was great. My plants, moss and springtails are happy in their new home

I’m incredibly impressed all round. I placed an order on Saturday and followed up on WhatsApp on Monday to arrange a specific delivery day due to my availability. This was handled smoothly, and I received regular updates throughout. As for the package itself — I received isopods, springtails, and moss, plus a free plant and some extra material for my paludarium, which was a really nice surprise. Everything was packaged extremely well, the critters arrived in great condition, and the plants were healthy and alive. I honestly wish I had worked with you guys from the very start of my project instead of right at the end. Highly recommended!

Got my baby carnivores on Tuesday, great service and very friendly from time I placed my order. Am very happy too, potted them out and now we’ll see if I can keep em going healthy n strong. The water Lilly is clearly happy as its already getting new leaves, very chuffed.

I would say these guys are extremely efficient and reliable. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely use them again for future terrarium plants. Springtails arrived safe and sound. Update: second time ordering from these guys. Order was processed speedily, the plants arrived safe and sound due to the way they packaged them as the delivery did not acknowledge the right way up. Thank goodness they pack them well. These plants are amazing.
