⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem for Sushi Lovers! The sushi was absolutely phenomenal! Each roll was crafted with precision and bursting with flavor. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the presentation was beautiful — almost too pretty to eat (but of course, we did!). To top it all off, the prices were very reasonable for the quality you're getting. Whether you're a sushi enthusiast or just trying it for the first time, this place is a must-visit. Can’t wait to go back again soon!

Very good selection of local line fish, bottoms and pelagics. Get Dorodo as a first choice if they have, its highly sustainable and very good eating. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Their cuts are great if you want steaks or fillets. Their fish is fresh, but insist on fresh fish because not everything in the display is less than 24hrs caught.

Very clean shop, both sides - takeaway/sit down and fresh fish. Owned by Niven Naidoo. There's always fresh fish on sale, and frozen items like calamari, salmon, prawns, etc. The fish can be filleted and cleaned once you've chosen. I couldn't really justify buying a whole fresh fish for two of us, both pensioners with small appetites, so I opted for the 2 x hake fillets with chips for R70 and it was absolutely delicious. Crispy batter, good-sized fillets and a portion of chips. It comes with a lovely spicy 1000 Island sauce and lemon. The fish was hot, crispy, and flaked off with a fork, considering I had to drive from Scottburgh to Umkomaas. Beautifully prepared by staff member Ningi in the kitchen and I watched Sunshine deftly rolling fresh Sushi. Sunshine mentioned that he was not the regular Sushi chef, but Zodwa was away. I definitely recommend this establishment for takeaways, Sushi and fresh fish. I will be back.

We visited Dorado's for the first time today. Great service. Another first was the Rock Cod recommended to us and it was spectacular. Definitely our go to fish shop going forward. Worth the drive.

Hands down the best prawn curry I've ever had. Incredibly fresh and with a great taste of home. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The quality of service is immaculate and the plating is absolutely splendid.

Excellent value for money. Generous portions! Cooked to perfection! Definitely going there again!

Food is great, my family enjoyed and recommends the chicken chow mein, chicken Tikka and prawn bunny. They also sell nice fish
