Phoned four times nobody picked up, and when I finally got hold of the switch board I was transferred to the floor and kept on hold until the line ended, terrible remote customer service.
All the goodies a farmer and diyer needs. Friendly and helpful staff will assist with anything.
Friendly and efficient service, and a wide variety of products.
Sneezy Camping department. Got a discount price on a geyser with an open box. Found out later its broken and they don't sell the parts separately. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth... Rather buy gas geyser at places where you can find parts quickly. Lost clients at my Air B&B over this...
Bad customer service from Manager. Not helpfull at all.
Ne er ha e a thing you need
Very helpfull working class people, 80% of their day belongs to the public and yet they stay friendly and willing to help at all times. Great people, great bussiness. From the managers to the floor assistance, respect is deserved. Another day of unexpected good service.
