(HORRIBLE SERVICE) I was buying a mountain dew and they only had one in the fridge and I needed about 8 so I asked 3 people behind the till they didn't answer me the first time even tho they all saw me. then when I asked a second time if they could go check for me then they immediately said they don't have and then proceed to mumble something in Zulu so I won't be every going there again and if you don't want to be treated like trash I recommend you don't go there 👎👎👎

Not too big, but got just the right items you'd need from Game stores. We got there at 15h30 on a Saturday but were let in by the good hearted security who understood our story. We were there to collect a stove which we had recently paid for but didn't collect due to the mode of transport we had. Pretty decent store!

Since the looting in KZN, Game does not stock the same selection of items it used to. It's become more of a grocery store than a multi faceted retail store

At any given time, only 1 or 2 tills open. Probably the slowest experience you will receive at a game store in KZN, this is from someone who has used all of the game stores in KZN over the last 5 years.

Service is bad had to wait for an hour until I left

Their specials are NEVER loaded onto the systems. Always an issue at the tills when you try to purchase anything on special. Then they will scream at each other across the store for a manager and keep you waiting without saying anything to you. Rather shop in Richards Bay.

It's clean and has parking but don't ever visit their toilets it's dark no seats in toilets, broken taps and doors can't be locked when inside toilets
