Anne, sadly your dogs were very unsocialised and were not happy with other friendly dogs. They were very matted and working with them was time consuming and not fun for them, to say they were hit is a shocking statement, the staff are brilliant with all our dogs and that is grossly unfair and to charge R230 each for that amount of work is hardly a lot. You could have just chatted to me with any concerns? The noise is difficult to hear a phone as driers, generator and clippers make it difficult but a whatsapp message is always answered asap

My dogs were hit and so bad so that when I got there to pick them up they coward in to a ball in the corner, they charged me an extra 200 out of no where and my dogs were not cut they I wanted them to be and one of them weren’t even finished being cut and told me to come back tomorrow after telling me that they are ready to be picked up. They are extremely rude to customers. On top of all of that I have multiple cuts on my dogs neck. Don’t not recommend this place AT ALL!!!!!
