One issue after another, if it's not the payment system not working by furniture side is the waybill system for delivery, and the salesperson will convince you to buy and promise that all the issues will be resolved the following day only for them to then tell you they can't deliver , you'd rather get your own transport, which is a cost to you as a customer. I saw all the bad reviews and thought those were just isolated cases , I experienced it myself, Game North Cape Mall is horrible. I'd give them negative star if it was possible. Buy there at own peril🙄

Worst service ever .... Out of all game stores I have been to this one offers the worst service......wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from there!!!!!!!!.

Bought a fridge at the store and needed to get rid of the cardboard box as the fridge was for my mother who lives in a retirement village… I went there this morning Saturday 30/08/2025 and was faced with a rude woman who blatantly declined my request … she was rude and dismissive .. will I buy from game … NEGATIVE

In-store shopping was a reasonable experience,not much to complain about. Just don't try to do any telephone queries as none of the internal departments answer their phones. Will rather consider purchasing fridges etc at a business that has a decent after sales service. Used to be a big Game fan.

I am very disappointed that nothing has been done in fixing the watercooler, I was at game last week Thursday and again yesterday, the heat in there is very unbearable and there was a bad smell lurking in the air. How can you expect the people to work in such bad circumstances and the customers to shop in that unbearable heat? We wanted to buy chocolates, but ALL the chocolates were melted. Something must be be done, you are chasing customers away. I am a regular customer, but have my doubts to go to game again if something is not being done with the heat in the shop..

Why dont the cashiers tell one that if you buy a fridge and a lot of stuff with it you only get pensioners discount on the fridge. It is unfair and the cashiers are not trained. Game is getting worst by the day.

The store doesn't prioritize customers, they are so unprofessional when answering their phones, and redirecting us to departments that do not answer. The manager is just as unprofessional, he can not give me what stock there is on hand and did not call me back when he asked for my details. I was going to spend quiet abit but, I don't think making a profit or providing customer satisfaction is a priority. Please employ people that will benefit the business instead. Truly unbelievable service.
