Sun Valley Pup's

My experience with Sun Valley was absolutely wonderful. My dog was cared for so lovingly — she was truly treated like family, which made my time away much less stressful. The level of care and attention was exceptional, and it was clear he was happy and comfortable. I received frequent updates, almost every day, which really reassured me. The service is definitely great value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend Sun Valley Pups. I would! I’ll definitely be using their services again.

I cannot recommend Sun Valley Pup’s highly enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the Amy and family genuinely love and care for dogs. The facilities are spotless, secure, and perfectly designed to keep dogs comfortable, happy, and entertained. Our dogs came home relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for — which says everything. We received regular updates and photos, giving us complete peace of mind while we were away. The team goes above and beyond to treat every dog as if it were their own. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be safe, loved, and truly enjoy their stay, this is it. We will definitely be using Sun Valley Pup’s again!

I had the greatest experience with Sun valley. My dog was well taken care of, in fact even spoiled, making the time away easier. Service is fantastic, my dog is/was at her happiest, I got updates almost daily and also value for money. Would highly recommend and even give more stars if possible and will continue to use Sun Valley pups!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! From the very first interaction on whatsapp to the pick up of our great dane, Alicia has been phenomenal. We have finally found a home away from home for Max when we are travelling. Her family has a heart for animals, big and small. We received regular updates and pictures, Max was able to interact with other lovely doggies, and also got the human interaction that are sometimes not available at other pet boarding facilities. Thank you Alicia for putting our minds at ease and offering your home to be shared with Max for the holidays. We appreciate you. See you soon!

Absolutely love them. I get updates of my pup playing all day long when I’ve off boarded him. Gets all the love and play I sometimes am anxious to let him indulge in (I’m naturally anxious so I overthink pool plays & mud). I rest assured at all times when he is there that all is well, the family is loving. I come back with a happy pup.

The sign of a good holiday, is often measured by the weight you've gained on the return to your office. Well, one look at our dog on collection, let me know she'd not been left wanting for any attention and affection. Daily updates and speedy responses gave me peace of mind, friendly and caring family environment. Definitely, will make use of their service in the future!

Thank you so much Amy for loving my boy and giving him cuddles and absolute love. Bugg enjoyed his stay and will be coming for for all the love, cuddles, treats. Thank you for the daily updates and pictures and superb communication. It is definitely "canine-heaven".
