Pawtel Pretoria for Small Dogs really takes care of our babies. I am so sorry to hear of the loss of one of the puppies, it's so very tragic and sad but we must all please understand that we all take a risk leaving our babies (fur or human) in someone else's care everyday. They do their best to take care of our babies to the best of their abilities and I know that Pawtel are not careless with our babies - in fact my baby is almost happier to be dropped off in the morning than being picked up in the afternoon. Accidents/Incidents happen in a matter of seconds and we are all mere humans. Slandering and shaming will unfortunately not take the pain away, though I understand the anger and frustration.

My beloved and sweet puppy passed on whilst under the "care" of this company , they don’t watch their dogs and have aggressive dogs in the mix since they only care about money. My baby was bitten in the chest while they weren’t watching and died instantly, the owner of the company didn’t even have the decently to tell me my baby had passed in person, he rudely and bluntly told me over the phone while I was driving. Please pet owners out there heed my warning, if it can happen to me it can happen to you . I wish no one the anguish I’m going through but please DO NOT take your loved pets here , it might be the last morning you ever see them

1 star is one too many for this awful place! My friend’s 12-week old puppy was attacked and killed under their watch. They are negligent and nonchalant about how they run their business. Do not trust this place. You’ll never know if you’ll see your furbaby alive again. They are evading accountability for their negligence by blocking my friend on all platforms and threatening HER with legal action as if she’s in the wrong. Beware of Pawtel Pretoria.

Our doggies are always excited for drop off, which is great for us, because we feel much more at ease and know they are well taken care of. It's a great environment for them, especially because they only take in small breeds. We always receive great service from Werner and our doggies love Christene(assistant).

Avoid as far as possible. Our dog was very distressed during his time here. He came back one day full of his feces. Also very unprofessional owners. We paid the full month but our dog only went there for two days. We didn’t feel like our dog was safe there.

Absolutely disgusted by the treatment of this company and how negligent they are! No consideration or accountability for a death or a puppy in their care! The company even tried to lie about what happened!

How can one trust a day care centre that did not account for and has still not addressed a case of neglect that led to the death of a puppy
