Absolute Pets Richmond Corner

I regularly shop at Richmond Corner and have always had friendly, excellent service. A special thank you to Julian and Hiirvaan for their knowledgeable assistance.

Awesome helpful staff! A pleasure to shop at this branch.

As of the last few months your beef sticks have really started losing their quality and you’re about to lose a customer on this. I go through about 4 packs of 400g packs a month and have been buying these things for almost 2 years. Plenty of what it looks like off cut pieces in the pack. Some packs are really dry and crumble and look like they’re expired. Up your game or I’ll have no choice but to move on.

Very nice products but staff was sitting behind the desk on her phone until I touched 1 of the products to have a look at it. She asked if I needed help after a few minutes of me looking but by then it was too late because I'd seen what I wanted to. There was no pricing on the raw food I was looking either. It felt like I was bothering her so I just left the store so she could continue her important business.

Very friendly and helpful team.

Very friendly staff, always egar to help. Shelves are always fully stocked. And if they dont have what you need the will sorce it for you! Their brand of catnip is the best i have found and at a very reasonable price!

Walked in the other day and everyone was very kind. service was excellent and I'm very happy with all their help. They have very good knowledge on animals and what foods are good for them. My kitty is now happy and playful because of the advice I got on what's best for her. Thank you absolute pets,!!
