Kay and Tam were absolutely outstanding — their approach to training through positive reinforcement made a world of difference to my puppy. They were incredibly patient, especially with my energetic husky 😅, and always took the time to ensure each pup felt supported and understood. Thanks to their expert guidance, my husky surprised us by completing most of the commands 🤗. The environment was welcoming, structured, and fun — perfect for both puppies and their humans. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for compassionate, effective training. Kay and Tam truly care about the dogs and it shows in everything they do!
Teacher Kay and teacher Tam are so amazing with so much experience and guidance. We have been going to Puppies in Balance for nearly 2 months and can see all effort has been worth it. The coaches help you learn the doggie language and also help you adapt to the right way of teaching. Our puppy loves the class and socializing has made the world difference in how she approaches the world and other dogs. You will not be disappointed if you take your doggie to Kay and team. The other doggies and people are friendly and its just sucha fun and well balanced environment. We are signing up for more cool classes. 😎
Great atmosphere, relaxed and fun for puppies to both learn and socialize! Kay and Fleur are both knowledgeable and patient, highly recommend it!
What a wonderful experience. Kay and team are always willing to answer any questions we have about our rescue pup and we saw so much progress in his behaviour and skills in just a few weeks!
It was a wonderful time in Kays puppy school. She is very friendly and a good teacher and our puppy learned a lot. I would make it every time again. 🙂
