Jess is the most incredible woman with a huge heart for all animals. My little boy was struggling with anxiety and could not be left alone without completely destroying everything in the house. Jess came in, and after 2 weeks of following her guidelines and obedience programme, my little boy is an angel! I couldn't be more grateful!

I went through 3 different trainers and behaviourists before ringing Jess and I'm so glad I made that one last call. Her approach to teaching Nelly obedience and dealing with her problem behaviours was so different to other trainers and it just made sense which made it so easy to follow. The results are the proof that this kind of training actually works and she simply adores her!
Like so many others, I called TALKdog with no real hope for any sort of miracle. I decided that nothing I did could make my problem worse because I could not even take my girl outside without her reacting and being so aggressive. It took months of work, but Jess never gave up and I saw progress everyday! I can now go on outings and take Bell out with me no problem - I never thought that would be possible.
