If I could give no stars I would. The way you house and treat your rabbits is quite horrendous and disappointing really. The cages are dirty, cramped and they are lying on, I’m sure, a very uncomfortable surface. Animals deserve only the best treatment and this is some of the worst I have seen. I am worried about how any other animals in your shop are being kept. Please have some compassion and sort this out or even better STOP selling live animals!!!

Shocked to see the rabbits here kept in extremely cramped cages, without any hay or space to move properly. These are basic welfare needs for rabbits and this setup prevents them from expressing natural behaviours. I have reported the conditions to the SPCA. I truly hope this store improves the animals’ living environments. A

Horrible telecommunication skills from the person who answered the phone named "Mr Naidoo" Called in to get a price and confirm operating hours and he states "this is why he doesn't answer the phone" Piece of advice, if you can't manage in your position, please hire more staff. You have a business to run, answering the phone is apart of it, or just don't have a phone at all if you incapable. Pull your socks up or shut your doors entirely. Zero stars due to attitude.

Bought a bunny from them last month and his doing great.. they have great customer care just the one staff was hesitant on me checking the sex of the bunny and they were also unaware also the bunny had no water or blanket in the cage it was just bare bottom and sad with some pellets in the corner that was sad how they keep them

Places like this shouldn’t exist only bring suffering and cruelty to the owe poor animals. All stuffed in cages, eating in their own waste , injured with no food and water like they are not living things. Shame on the owner and people who support them. This place is why animals are suffering and still use for money

Left A Ford Pets drove to Starwood only to find they don't swipe cards for R30 but will for R35 Waste of time Not worth the trip you are the same price anyway

The customer service was friendly and helpful. The products we needed were in stock and at a good price. The store was well kept,organized, and clean. The children loved seeing the rabbits, fish, birds, and hamsters.
