Koven has been absolutely amazing. She is honest, genuine, and truly a breath of fresh air. From the very first interaction, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and confident in the process. Her approach is refreshing, clear, and sincere, and it has made such a positive difference in mine and Pablo & Chelsea’s live.They are so happy and fulfilled with the tools she’s given me! Just look how sleepy they are after a full day. What really sets Koven apart is how much she genuinely cares — even a month after meeting my dogs, she still checks in with me almost weekly to make sure they are happy, doing well, and to see if there’s anything she can help with. This is Skylars story. It all started about a year ago when her life totally changed. In short owner died, forced kennels for 6 weeks, went home and was attacked and bitten by a dog. I can do this. Treat her wound give her medicines etc. Little did I know that dogs suffer emotional trauma too. It was hectic. Lunging with the intention to bite, resource guarding, food guarding, dog reactivity. So not the dog I was imagining to have. I was about to give up. Koven helped me enormously to guide me and get some structure in our lives. We call if follow protocol in different scenarios. The main thing was always safety first. We used baby gates for separation. Food rewarding. Avoiding the behaviour we don't want. Distance when walking. Lots of mental stimulation. Puzzles, lickmats etc. I got very clever. Is she a perfect dog now, far from. We have our good days and our bad days. Mostly good days. She is here to stay but I couldn't have done it without Koven. We still got a road to go but we will do it together. All I can say dont give up on your doggie, ask Koven for assistance and guidance. I promise you it is a lifechanger.

I have an 8 yr old small JR terrier and a 2 yr old JR cross. My old girl is super anxious and reactive and my young boy is insecure, both rescues from puppy age. I have been to two behaviourists over the years and Koven is the only one to be really invested in the healing of my two furbabies. Her knowledge and experience far outweighs anyone I have dealt with. I knew the journey would be long and hard but even just applying the basic changes and advice from Koven I see a huge difference. Before Koven, my dogs could not even sit next to each other or be in the same room with me because of jealousy. We have peace in the home and we feel more empowered as a family. This is a long journey and we are committed to continue. If this is how far we have come with just the basics, then I cannot wait to continue the journey with Koven!

I highly recommend Koven. She has a wealth of knowledge and is always eager to assist. My 3-year-old poodle showed signs of anxiety and would continuously bark at people entering my home, my domestic worker, and even at the boundary wall. Koven offered practical solutions to help keep her engaged, relaxed, and stimulated, while also addressing the unwanted behavior. My pup is now more relaxed and happier — and so am I. It’s wonderful to enjoy her to the fullest without all the barking.

Koven assisted us with an orientation session for our 3 kittens, Ferdi, Milo and Mojo. We learnt so much during the session about building their confidence, litter boxes, plant safety, handling to prep for vet visits, grooming, catification, how to stop biting etc. The babies improve so much as we continue to play and practice everything we learnt from Koven. She was available to assist us throughout it all even answering my calls and messages early in the morning and sending lots of videos to guide us. Koven regularly checks in, even after the session. We are so grateful for Koven’s guidance as it really helped us with our 3 little boys. We highly recommend reaching out to Koven as she walks every bit of the way with you and your fur babies.
