Safari Outdoor - Rivonia

First time when I purchased I didn't have the best of services but let me tell you. This time around I was helped by Angie service was a 10/10 efficient, accommodative, friendly and very assuring. Thank you so much Angie I enjoyed the service with you from SAFARI OUTDOOR RIVONIA BRANCH. You are a star.

Myself my mom and father vissited the shop Yesterday and what a blast. We were assited by Levi Angi and Marco. These 3 personal went out of their way to assist us from scopes sheep skin and engraving our stuff. They were absolutely phenomenal. Thank you so much. The shop it self was so pretty neat and clean thank you Safari outdoor we really appreciate it so much!!!

This is the second time that i have come to this shop and everyone ignores me, i was so exited to finally buy my CZ shadow today after a few months of saving and i was standing at the CZ pistol counter for over 10 minutes like an idiot while the staff just stands around and talk kak the whole time, Shoutout to Waterfall Arms at Polofields for assisting me to get my CZ shadow 2. If you are looking for service and great products go to Waterfall arms. Safari outdoor Rivonia has very little when it comes to tactical rifle and pistol accessories so if that is what you are looking for i recommend staying away from this shop.

I received the best efficient and friendly service from Angie at the Rivonia branch! It is great to deal with someons who cares about the service they deliver. Thank you Angie.

When it comes to sorting out a mistake that the store made and you have been sold the wrong product, management's attitude sucks! Plenty of competition to support who offer better service with a friendly attitude rather than Safari outdoor.

I had an outstanding experience at Safari Outdoor in Rivonia. The range of products is impressive – whether you’re after outdoor gear, hunting supplies, or accessories, they’ve got it covered. What really stood out was the service. Levi was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping. He clearly knew his products including the FX range and optics. He took the time to explain product options, answer questions, and offer expert advice without being pushy. Liam and Josh also were there to give their expert advice and assist. The store itself is clean, spacious, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Shopping here is stress-free, and you get the sense that quality and customer satisfaction are their top priorities. The shooting range is well proportioned and perfect to test your latest acquisition. I would highly recommend Safari Outdoor Rivonia to anyone looking for great products, excellent service, and a professional shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back.

What an amazing shopping experience. They have just about everything your heart desires for outdoors and in. They have a restaurant inside as well. Gun shop is just out of this world and must be seen to believe. Extremely wide range of automatic weapons and hand guns also shotguns.
