Safari Outdoor - Krugersdorp

I am from Potchefstroom and visited Safari Outdoors' branch in Krugersdorp about two weeks ago. Parking is available very close to the store. The exterior of the store impressed me. Security gates and guards reassured me of a safe shopping experience. The store has an incredible variety of Outdoor related clothing and accessories. Friendly staff quickly made contact and referred me and/or gave well informed advice. My first impression (call it criticism) was/is the extremely high prices, but I soon realized that the quality of the goods is next level. Gift certificates are unfortunately only accepted in-store and do not apply to online purchases. I highly recommend this store and will definitely visit there again.

No customer service!! Urgently needing a last minute birthday gift for a friend on a Saturday, we found what we wanted online and rushed (literal speeding) to get to your store before it closed. We called knowing we may be there at exactly 3pm. Told them what we wanted and asked them if they could keep it at the counter and we will be there ASAP to simply pay. Very friendly on the phone but as we pulled into Cradlestone mall at 1459 we received a call from the store.... we quickly said we were parking and were there - the response on the line was "sorry, we can't wait for you, we are closed" we sat in front of the store watching streams of employees exit, chat and smoke outside for 10min whilst we were online looking elsewhere. I am not sure what 5min would have cost anybody, but the store lost a sale. Disappointed!!

Just the most amazing service always!! Thank you so much.

Always a great experience visiting the store. Today Eliska went out of her way to assist me. Thank you!
