Nando's Mthatha

I had a great experience at Nando’s. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Considering the weather was extremely hot (around 38°C), it was such a relief to walk in and immediately feel how cool and comfortable the space was. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the manager was very active and visible, which really added to the positive atmosphere. Everything felt well run and organised. What truly ties the place together are the beautiful art pieces on the walls .. they add character and make the space feel warm and uniquely Nando’s.

Waited a bit for my payment to be done. There should be more than one cashier. The meal was not prepared as ordered. I had asked for full chicken and split in hot and mild. The chicken was not even a full chicken but everything was mild , thankfully for the hot sauce sachets which made it bearable. There were no butter for the rolls. Overall the service to the food was very disappointing.

The food is very delicious. The service was amazing but I belive they can do better

They have great food experience but one thing though that perplex me is why the staff always having lunch on the same tables that the customers are sitting on also?

The taste is amazing and delicious. It won't go from our tongue, it's called finger licking 😋😋😋🍗🍗🍗. I always prefer Nando's Chicken, previously i had a bad experience with Nando's Mthatha. But I did receive a recent call from a senior manager and listen to my complaint. I am so happy about that and i always recommend Nando's Mthatha.

It's a good place to visit. It's quiet for those who want to enjoy their meals

It is extremely noisy. It is not possible to have a conversation. The food is great and it's very clean
