Crazy Pets Boardwalk

Haven’t seen such HORRIBLE service in a very long time! The staff were screaming at each other from across the store, laughing and joking around. Not once did any of them greet me or offer assistance. Instead, they just gave me blank stares and immediately made me feel completely unwelcome. I had to go into the back storage area myself to get a ladder just to take a dog bed down, while the staff stood there staring at me like braindead fools. It then took the woman at the till 20 minutes just to get a price, because the one screaming the barcode from the other side of the store can’t even pronounce her numbers correctly. Absolutely useless and pathetic. I’ll never EVER support this place again.

I was looking for a soft collar for my big dog, over 50cm, but they only seemed to stock medium and small sizes. However, the rest of the shop was looking good, I am not complaining, I am just saying that they are not catering for large dogs, in the collar section. **update 30th april 23** I decided to take another look inside this shop, I found the LARGE DOG soft collars in 3 colors !!!!! But, apart from that, I noticed that this must be the most neatly and precisely packed/stacked pet store in the 38 years I have been inside pet stores. The bags are stacked insanely precisely, as a Virgo I appreciate it very much!

Went to buy my monthlies. 1 Guy Sweeping Floor 1 Guy Appeared , Watched us pack did not say hello or offer any assistance. Left my Trolley in Isle and went to Petz Zone Spent R789.50 Came Back to Crazy Pets Spent R2089.88 Ladies helped us and pushed trolley to car. The men in the store dont say hello or offer to assist customers. I did speak to Manager who apologized but still why have these staff members with attitude like this. Its there job they not doing us a favour.

Such bad service from the cashier today. Very rude, hardly greeted me, like I was interrupting his covertion with another employee across the shop, shouting and laughing with each other. Had to wait for him to finish his conversation first before he stared to scan my stuff. Very disappointed in the service, very rude and disrespectful.

If there was a Zero star I would give it to them. Why advertised specials and then wont give to customers. Shops like this should not be open at all.
