Treat to Train: Randburg

Sarah has been so great in helping us with our Border Collie puppy. She has a holistic, nurturing and supportive approach! Thank you Sarah for everything!

We can’t recommend Angelique, Sarah and Treat to Train in general enough! We have had an only positive experience here. The instructors are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They create a welcoming atmosphere without any judgment or pressure, posses a honed ability to adapt to each dog and owner pair’s unique needs and personalities and always focus on strengthening the bond between our pup and us. Since beginning, we have witnessed a marked increase in our pup’s confidence and Angie has consistently gone above and beyond what we signed up for, offering valuable insights and support. Thank you Treat to Train for the awesome work you do!

We took Nova to puppy classes and we are currently doing the teenage tyrants course with our 7 month Golden Retriever. I have seen so much improvement in Nova and I would recommend Treat to Train again and again! Angie, Mianca and Sarah are very helpful and all teachings are up to date with the latest research. It is a force-free training environment.

We have been with Treat To Train for more than a year now. Under the guidance of the wonderful Angelique we have seen the most fantastic progress in our beautiful Gem that we adopted from a farm. Gemma was frightened and unsure when we brought her home, but now she has completely popped out of her shell to become the most adorable, well-behaved, energetic tiny sheepdog - all thanks to the training, love, care and attention we have received from Treat To Train! We have even started training our 11 year old Golden Retriever, Buddy - turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks 😉 Here's to the next ten years!

After trying two other dog schools in Jhb earlier in Nova’s life, we are so grateful to have found Treat to Train. Not only does Angelique and her team offer a lovely, positive and welcoming environment for humans and dogs to learn a variety of skills. Their methods are up to date with the latest research in dog training. We have loved obedience and scentwork here. And look forward to our continued learning here🙌🏻🐾

The most wonderful school with such kind and patient instructors. Every class is different (and fun) and designed with each dogs strengths in mind. I can't recommend them enough!

Treat to Train is such an amazing school! I love that they use force free methods regardless of the dog: we have a bully mix and a lot of trainers are quick to use harsh methods on dogs like her, so I'm happy that we're working with Angelique who's just the sweetest soul and approaches Xira's training with compassion. She also understands dog behaviour so well that even though I'm not a beginner in dog training, she's the first one I text when in doubt! Thank you, guys, you're amazing!
