From the moment we arrived at The Lab, we were thrilled and impressed! The welcome we received was friendly and very informative. The setting exquisite and the accommodation perfect for us as a couple. We loved the coffee machine in our room! The only thing in that frustrated us was "Echo", the voice-command technology, as it didn't really recognise our voices very easily. Also remember to disconnect your phone before you fall asleep, otherwise it will announce loudly each time you get a notification 🤣 The food was seriously excellent, as were the cocktails! Wow! Our room was clean and luxurious, and our stay was made all the better by the amazing, attentive and very helpful staff members. Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable stay 👌

theLAB is one of the most beautiful & relaxing Guest Houses we’ve ever stayed at! The staff, food, rooms, service and everything is incredible! High-tech, comfortable and super relaxing! They are also pet friendly which just makes the experience more enjoyable! We’ve visited 3 times before and will definitely be back ☺️

Looking for relaxation, look no further. Absolutely a great place to enjoy the last few days of annual leave lol. Staff super friendly and helpful. Food, amazing.

I have to commend Ruzaan and her team on a job well done. From entering the property we were treater like royalty. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious, modern and very neat. You can see that the chef knows what he is doing as the food was next level and off course the staff, they were incredible! Thank you so much The Lab, we will be returning

Beautiful rooms and took the jacuzzi room upgrade. Enbraced technology with echo in the rooms. Food,drinks and service are awesome from the staff.

Attempted a visit only to be greeted by a sign on the gate post that said By reservation only. We even called from the car park and were told they were not open, by what we assumed was a staff member that was completely unhelpful, even double checked the number called. So raised a negative review which was responded to by the owner effectively calling me a liar about the sign post.. which both my wife and myself saw and which prompted a telephone call to be made at the time. Due to the personal attack on my honesty I am forced to raise a respone. So this is to warn travellers that I am told must make a reservation and hopefully when you do call you will get someone more helpful, also for all the travellers wanting to stop as an Unreserved/uninvited visitor like we did...Don't, and don't raise a negative, the owner will tell you your are mistaken or lying....Not for free would I consider another visit or reservation.

Lovely room with private little outside area and jacuzzi. Location is gorgeous. Was wonderful getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
