We recently sent our Goldendoodle pup, Pogo, for a 3-week obedience training program with Joanie from The Great Watchman in Stoffberg, Mpumalanga (Lydenburg), and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Attended a stock dog course. Course was well attended and very well presented with theorie and practical application of the same. Kennel facilities are neat and spacious with owner being hands-on Overall facility highly recommend

Joanie my trainer was one of the best trainers Bella had. She needed obedience and this led to therapy! I had other issues that was sorted in a jiffy thanks to Joanie. She was always willing helping me whatever situation i had. The great Watchman is Bella’s home away from home when we go on holiday i know my dog is happy and in good hands.

We recently sent our German Sheppard Wolf to a training course at the great watchman, and I must say it was a game-changer! The training sessions were informative, engaging, and fun for Wolf. Our trainer was experienced, patient, and knowledgeable, and she helped us build a strong bond based on trust, respect, and clear communication. The training covered essential obedience commands, socialization techniques, and even addressed some behavioral issues we were struggling with. I was impressed by how quickly Wolf picked up the commands and how confident he became in responding to them. Joanie is absolutely the best at what she is doing. Her love for animals is amazingly beautiful. The kennels are beautiful and always clean. I cannot recommend her and Jeandre enough. Thank you for training Jasper, and I will most definitely be sending my other dogs to them as well. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🐶
