Yet another visit to our harden centre of choice! Absolutely fabulous green space to walk around, and adding more and more items on the trolley. They have everything garden and more! WOW! Walking along the spacious garden paths, taking in the sights, sounds and smells is uplifting and good for the soul. The best therapy. The staff is still as friendly& helpful as before. Just so relaxing. A must visit garden center.

I would just like to compliment Lucinda and Owen for their prompt replies to my queries. I first enquired about pine bark chips 9 January 2026 and Lucinda replied to my query in about 10 minutes. I’d like to add that I’d waited for a reply from another nursery for nearly a week and when I followed up telephonically I was told that the person who reads the emails was on leave. I got a call from him on the 24th to answer my query. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Lucinda replied to all my questions thereafter and I bought a show pot from Cape Garden as a result. Today I needed assistance with how to prune my lemon tree and Lucinda referred it to Owen who gave me a call. Between the 2 of them I received a pic showing me exactly where I should prune it. If only all companies were as efficient as them, it would be great. I’ll definitely shop there again.

I love this garden nursery. It’s such a diverse, interesting find. Once you enter, it’s hard to leave. The variety of plants are massive, from little spekboom, to trees and many, many more. The grounds are well maintained, with plants in order and in sections. The waterfalls there are a highlight, as I love water features. They are slow flowing and calming to the ears. In the future, I recommend this place to friends, and family, as well as its affordability!!

First timer at this fabulous place. Amazed by the plants, flowers and restaurants. Will definitely pop in again.

What a lovely garden centre. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The centre is beautiful and the plants are healthy with a fantastic selection.

I come visit here every few months when I feel like wandering in a wonderful plant paradise. Well priced, and healthy plants. The restaurant is also really nice to sit and have a nice cup of coffee or meal. In every season, there is something to enjoy.

Wonderful, relaxing spot to spend time, whilst we wait for our rescues (dogs) to be sterilized, vaccinated & microchipped at the wonderful Joostenberg Vets just down the road, in Owl Street! Wander around Cape Garden Centre, enjoy their lovely nursery & the gift shops, enjoy great food & service at the Bamboo restaurant! Fast & Slow are fun waitrons! And the 5th star is because they're pet friendly! We've been enjoying Cape Garden Center for close to 20 years! Pop in & enjoy!
