I purchased a fishing rod from your company, which unfortunately had a manufacturing defect that became apparent during its first use. Despite providing photographic evidence of the issue, my requests for assistance have been met with a demand for me to cover the shipping costs to return the rod for inspection. Subsequently, all communication from your end has ceased.

I just have to say that Justin that works in the camping and fresh water fishing sections is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable people I have come across. He is always there to help you with the biggest smile as you walk up the ramp he greets you and says, "Hello Sir, how can I help you today?" You can absolutely see he is devoted to his sections. The camping section is top notch always has what I need and more. The fresh water fishing section is however becoming my favorite place to visit. He has brought in so many new products that definitely makes a difference in where I want to do my shopping. Everything in one place and is always neat and I can easily find what I am looking for and if I cant find it Justin can. One thing about Justin is the knowledge he carries about specimen carp fishing. He always has good advice and is willing to share what he knows and that also makes him a great salesman. Not many people in the industry around Cape Town has his insight on specimen carp fishing. I am always keen to visit your store to have a chat to Justin and to hear what is happening in the fishing world as he always seems to know what works and when to use what. If there is something you need help with even the smallest little thing like a D rig or Ronnie or even putting new line on your reel he will help you with it. Justin is on the ball and is in my opinion the best salesman Kloppers Cape Gate has.
