Spiffs

my dogs were in a kennel for 7 hours total. after 4 and a half hours of waiting I phoned to ask if I could collect my dogs to which they replied that my dogs haven't even been groomed yet. upon arrival I wasn't even greeted but rudely told that my dogs looked terrible and that they should be groomed more (my dogs were in a kennel for 3 weeks as we were on vacation, so I took them to be groomed as soon as the grooming parlor opened) I did not appreciate the attitude and thought that there was a much more professional way of saying that. when we got home my dogs drank an entire bowl of water which tells me they had no access to water for the full 7 hours. my 1 dog was groomed wrong and I'm not happy with the outcome. I will not take my dogs there again

I went there on Friday 20th of September 2024 as they had a day of giving free vaccinations to dogs. We were very happy for our doggie to get these vaccinations. If it weren't for the free vaccinations, I would have rated my experience lower. There was no control over the customers ( at least not while I was there), my wife and I got there before a very rude elderly lady and just stood there while she just stood right in front of us talking away in a very cramped space to the lady overseeing the vaccination process. I did not feel like causing a scene at the time. I feel the owner should have dealt with the situation. I suppose they felt that if the vaccinations were free, customer care does not count for much, forgetting that we may want to use their services in the future.
