Animal Travel Agency

I’d like to give a huge thank you to the Animal Travel Agency and especially to Duncan. Duncan was by far the most relaxed and professional person we could have hoped for when it came to importing our dog Nala to South Africa. From the very first contact to the smooth process at the airport, everything was just perfect. Duncan took care of every detail, was always friendly and courteous, and made us feel that Nala was in the best hands. The value for money was unbeatable, and Nala passed through all the checks—customs, import, and veterinary—calmly and without any issues. In short, if anyone is looking for a reliable, kind, and utterly professional partner for pet transport, Duncan and the Animal Travel Agency are the way to go. We’re absolutely thrilled and can wholeheartedly recommend them!

Walked quite a long road with ATA and i have to say that it was a heartfelt experience. Sam....Duncan...Patrick from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU. You guys made a very stressful time for me as easy as it could be. And thank you for the encouraging talks and reassurance that all will be ok and theyll be safe with us in no time. These were the people i needed to make sure everything is ready and my babies were in good hands. I recommend walking this road of moving pets internationally with ATA.

We used ATA to import our cats from The Netherlands, they were excellent every step of the way. Communication was top notch and we truly received world class service from Duncan. Thanks again!

If you need to send your dog to Australia Animal Travel is the only pet transport company that I would recommend. Duncan helped us from start to finish, he is very knowledgeable and he cares about the welfare of your pets no matter the circumstances. Duncan and I encountered various obstacles along the 2 year journey (it only took this long because we waited two years for a our visas) but he calmed me and was always positive about the outcome and I needed his positivity. The Australian govt is tricky, sending pets is not for sissies but Duncan takes it all in his stride and is the best man to get them there safely. Your animals are in good hands with him. Thank you Duncan for walking this helluva anxiety provoking journey with me and my family.

It wasn’t the first time we used a Pet Relocation Company, this time from South Africa to Potugal and we were very happy with the service and advice we and our little dog received. Samantha was outstanding so as the other members of her team we interacted with. I can only advise them, our dog arrived, wasn’t stressed and had been very well looked after.

I wanted to give a MASSIVE thank you to both Duncan and Patrick who facilitated the arrival of our little kitty from the UK to Johannesburg! It’s stressful moving with a pet but their service simplified the process and couldn’t have been easier! They were attentive, responsive and kept us updated with pictures throughout. Highly recommend!

Big thank you to Duncan @animal travel who made it possible for my babies to travel safely from Gaborone to Ecuador …. Even when I made a mistake on the paperwork 😵‍💫 Duncan was very patient and worked around my mistake to fix the problem and in the end everything worked out great. No doubt go for them
