They always prioritise drive-thru customers over those who order inside. You end up waiting 20–30 minutes while drive thru orders are pushed through first. That’s really unfair. We understand that drive-thru is convenient, but customers who walk in should be treated with the same urgency and respect. Everyone is paying and we all deserve equal service.
Between 13:00 and 14:00 today 26 December 2025, we experienced extremely poor service at the drive through order point. Although the lady assisting us was nt rude, it felt as though she was unwilling to help and uninterested in being there. Placing an order was frustrating and unpleasant, and overall the experience was honestly disappointing. We would appreciate it if someone with strong customer service skills, someone who is willing and eager to assist customers could be placed at the drive through. If it were not for the children, we would have driven to another branch. This experience was truly unpleasant.
