Clicks Pharmacy Kalahari Mall

I dashed into this Clicks to find a suppliment for my boy and rushed up to a staff member to help me find a product. They immediatly dropped what they were doing and tried to assist taking me from one isle to the next until they knew that I had found what I was looking for. I saw the same staff member later, going around the store, making sure isles were neat and tidy and specicifically looking out to help and assist customers. Wow, to see someone who loves their job, loves helping customer and takes pride of their store. That is the magic right there!

A huge thank you to pharmacist Van Staden who allowed me to be a fussy customer, refusing the single-use plastic dispensary bag. I'm looking forward to the day when all Clicks stores stop selling/ using plastic bags.

I phoned the dispensary 10 TIMES & no one picked up. I then tried to phone the front desk & explained my situation & then got told that they can’t help me & will transfer the call to the dispensary. So they transferred the call & once again, they didn’t pick up. I have to drive all the way to the mall now just to ask them whether the medication I ordered is there or not.

Your service is very poor phone pharmacy 4 times they just press the phone dead phone front 4 times say they will phone back at Kalahari mall upington just want to know if pharmacy has Amoxcille antibiotics or peneselin to would phone me back so I could pick it up Sunday now reply from either.
