Fourways vet and their staff truly care about animals. My boyfriend and I had found a stray dog who was in terrible shape—covered in ticks and fleas, and suffering from an eye infection. After contacting nearly every shelter we could find and being turned away, we were desperate for help. Since we live in a non-pet-friendly place, we couldn’t take her in ourselves. That’s when we contacted Fourways Vet—and they were our saving grace. Without hesitation, they offered to keep her over the weekend at no cost whatsoever. They made sure she had food, a warm bed, and were incredibly kind and welcoming every time we visited her. They also offered to groom her—removing the ticks and fleas, trimming her nails, and giving her a proper bath. We agreed, and all of that care came to just R200. She looked like a completely different dog afterwards—happy, clean, and comfortable. It was genuinely the best R200 I’ve ever spent. They also treated her eye infection at no cost. Once we had found a no-kill shelter for her to go to, all of the staff had come out to say goodbye to her and wished her the best on her journey! It was so heartwarming to see! If you’re looking for a vet that not only provides great service but truly has a heart for animals, this is the place. I’ll definitely be bringing all my future furbabies here! (In case you were interested in her story, we kept contact with the shelter and they told us that after only 1 month of being in the shelter, she was adopted by a kind lady who fell in love with her at first sight)

Always a good experience. I have used a variety of the vets and have always had great service. The Frontline reception staff are lovely and the guys who help with he animals clearly have a love for the patience and the nurse is lovely and caring. My dog went in for a routine teethcleaning today and they picked up a mammary tumor which was removed after discussions with myself. Keep doing what you are doing You are a great team.

My cat was attacked and I arrived with no appointment - very distressed ...from the time you arrive you are treated with empathy and calm. De Azorin called twice during the day to give me feedback and he and his team were amazing … highly recommend !
