TAH Parow

My puggie Leah went in for an emergency operation Wed 8Oct as she had an infection and had to be neutered. She was so brave and Dr Phiri was amazing and Ronelle the receptionist kept us updated on progress. Leah is doing well and healing. Thank you to the TAH Parow's wonderful team for their service 🙌

Dear Dr Phiri My dear biskit died at home in his sleep, with dignity and on his own terms so to speak. Our hearts are broken because Biskit loved us without reserve and without asking much in return. You treated him with compassion and dignity. You helped me understand the facts of his condition without being blunt. You explained medical options in a way I could understand. I could see your love for your patients clearly. You are the best Vet I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Johan

I took my 2 year cat to TAh Parow,Dr Phiri &both the Receptions went the extra mile for my cat.Thank fot your friendly welcoming service.Iwill definitely be going back. Thanks from a very happy customer.

Thank you to Dr Phiri and the lovely ladies at reception for your excellent service and kindness. My 3 children have just been for their annual check up and vaccines, and we shall be back for our next check up! Thank you again!

I had to send my furbaby Lilly over the rainbow bridge this morning. I arrived at Parow TAH already knowing that there is no chance she was coming home, it was without question the final goodbye. Therefore, I was already in tears when I walked in by the front door. I cannot thank the wonderful staff there enough for their kindness & compassion! The ladies at reception not only helped me carry Lilly (because I was on crutches, and was struggling when Lilly collapsed), they also calmed my raging thoughts with words of wisdom & kindness, and kept a box of tissues handy. The vet lady was just as wonderful, explaining why we were making the best choice for Lilly, and helping all of us through the horrible experience with genuine compassion. She made Lilly's last moments peaceful, and I could see she was at ease. I will never forget what you guys did for us today!!! Kind regards, Lynette Love.

Ronelle + Liezl are warm and friendly and always assist me with having my dogs meds ready. I always forget the Vets name but he is also friendly, he listens well and I trust him with my two fur babies. This branch is small but they definitely are worth a visit if you live close by.

Team at TAH Parow are always smiling and welcoming 🙏 I go nowhere but here for professional service with so much heart for the fur babies and their clients.
