I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr Tiaan Visser for the incredible care he gave to my two fur babies, Nala and Nova, over the weekend and throughout the week. Both of them were extremely sick with severe vomiting and diarrhoea, and it was one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever gone through as pet parents. From the very first consultation, Dr Visser treated the situation with urgency, compassion, and such professionalism. He didn’t just treat their symptoms — he worked closely with us, continuously monitored their progress, and ensured they received exactly the treatment they needed. What truly stood out was his ongoing support. He didn’t just assist once and disappear; he continued working with us every step of the way, checking in and making sure our girls were improving. That level of dedication made all the difference during such an emotional time. Today, Nala and Nova are healthy again, and we are beyond thankful. Knowing your pets are in capable, caring hands brings immeasurable peace of mind. Dr Tiaan Visser is not only an excellent veterinarian but also a compassionate human being who genuinely cares about his patients and their families. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care. Forever grateful ❤️

I cannot recommend Dr Claudine Everson and Teva enough. We had a midnight emergency with our dog. Dr Everson was so kind and compassionate towards us and our dog, despite it being the early hours of the morning. She even let us hang around for an half an hour or so, so that she could see how he was doing after giving him some meds. Dr Everson and other vet (sorry, I can't remember her name) even returned my calls about our dog's eating and drinking habits. Their love and compassion for animals is evident in their handling of our dog and customer service. We are really grateful to them! Thank you for bringing us comfort in a high stress situation. Thank your for the fantastic service!

5 Stars - Simply the Best Veterinary Care Teva Vet is truly a world-class professional practice, operating flawlessly end to end. This is not just another vet; it's a practice deeply committed to its patients, and it shows in every interaction. The staff are consistently welcoming, super polite, and incredibly professional. The level of care is outstanding, including excellent before- and after-care with continuous, committed follow-up during recovery. Even the accounting side is well-run and hassle-free. We were especially impressed with their emergency and surgical services, which are nothing short of excellent. The speed, expertise, and deep empathy shown by the entire team during a stressful time were truly remarkable. We are super impressed with everything Teva Vet does. A huge, special thank you to Dr. Tiaan you are amazing! From Gypsy and her family

Absolutely devastated. Brought my cat in because she was breathing really fast, the vet listened to her heart and claimed she didn’t hear anything, so she put my poor baby who was already in pain through the xray. Nothing showed up on the xray besides some patches on the lungs so the vet said she thinks it might be asthma cause she couldn’t see any fluid in the lungs. And put my cat on oxygen. Throughout this whole process I was told to wait outside and didn’t know what was going on and just praying that my cat would be okay. Comes out later to say they gave my cat cortisone and something else thinking it was asthma. Then I was informed that the medication didn’t have an effect and that she would need to be kept on oxygen. My poor baby had no one she knew in there with her. I sat outside in my car and went inside about an hour later because they said they would need to keep my cat on oxygen. I was going to tell them that maybe it was a spider my cat ate or something since the medication wasn’t working for the so called asthma. We went in at 8am that morning and then at 10 am when I went to tell them the spider thing the vet comes out and says my cat had passed. If I didn’t go in was I just going to be kept in the dark? When I saw my poor baby again she had a tube stuck in her mouth, there were signs of something injecting her on both of her arms and there was also a prick on her ear. The vet then said there was FLIUD IN HER LUNGS?!?! And her heart stopped but the vet also couldn’t give a definite answer as to why is happened. My question is why was this not seen two hours ago?? What was the point of the xray. I am in anger and grief my poor baby only just turned five and was killed by these cruel ppl who just wanted money by injecting and giving her random medication and a useless xray. My cat either passed from emotional shock and fear or it was the WRONG MEDICATION THAT CLEARLY WASNT GOING TO WORK FOR FLUID IN THE LUNGS. If you have a cat don’t go here, they don’t know what they’re doing. When I saw my cat her paws had already gone blue, I’m actually terrified at the thought that she had already passed for a while and just didn’t come to tell me, they knew I was in the car just outside because whether I was waiting inside the reception area or outside in my car it was the same. My poor baby is now gone, she was so young.
