My dad discovered this place when my puppy was still only 9 weeks old, and we were in search of dewormer for our other pets since the pup had some nasty worms that came out once she went for her 1st vacc. They gave us such great service that we moved over to them for the rest of all my pups vaccs. I have to say, they helped me with so much more than just vet care. They introduced us to a great dog trainer who had puppy socialisation classes at the vet office! It's great! Now my pup is turning 5 months old on 6 Nov, and while we are still attending obedience training, these beautiful people still take care of us and are even helping me get ready for my pups spaying. Bless your soul for all the love and care you show towards animals of all kinds. ❤️ You are all so good in what you do, we even moved our senior pets over to your practice! Keep it up! You are making such a difference to PE. 🌹
So happy with Lovemore Park Animal Hospital! Went in very panicked this morning with an ill pug, fearing for the worst. They helped him quickly and efficiently, and my little puggy is back at home, doing well. Thank you so much to the friendly receptionist and vet for helping me!
Best experience my pitbull has ever had, his doctor was simply wonderful with him and really checked him over thoroughly ❤️ will def., be my go to vet of choice. And they give pensioner discounts!
Very unprofessional, I took my daughter with her cat to see one of the vets. Even after she filled in the consultation form with all her details they sent me a message, no invoice just a message saying I owed so much, because I had been there previously. When I sent an email for an explanation they didn't even have the decency to reply. No customer service at all.
Poor service from the new vet. Had to take my animal to a different vet because the big wound was not even seen, was told it was a muscle. Staff wonderful and friendly, but the care of my pet should be handled by someone who cares, the other lady vet is nice, but we never get her there anymore.
