Yesterday my Dog got sick and we urgently needed a Vet... We phoned them just to find out they are closing in less than an hour, however they told me that I can come in and they will still help. We got there and received the most proffesional and friendly service. We were assisted in less then 10mins. The dr was not rushed to go home and helped my dog in the best possible way. He even took a blood sample and treated her before we left... This morning she is feeling much better. We also expected a much higher bill because of the great level of care but was pleasently suprised that they are very affordable. Thank you very much and keep up the fantastic work

Never been there. Always a first time. From the phone call up to the actual visit me and Mac were surprised and we can honestly say that we found the " best in the West" A wise and experience Vet.

We took Pita cat with an eye condition to Hercules Animal Clinic. On arrival the team was friendly, understanding and helpful. The service was excellent. The fees are affordable. They kept me updated at all times after her eye was removed because of cancer. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone.This was the best service we received for Pita cat. The team from Dr Joubert, Dr Corrie, Thea, Chantell, Elias and Michael is truly amazing.Thank you so much.

Taken my best friend to them for years and can honestly say they really do care about the animals and are very professional and understanding towards the pet owners, no matter the circumstance. Thank you for your support and care.
